the Herin FleetTrack / FleetTrack Pro mobile
applications, web applications, APIs and related services

- Our fleet tracking and management mobile apps (Android / iOS)

This policy covers data about companies, employees, drivers,
vehicles, devices and any other users authorised to access
the Service by a customer of Herin.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Account & Company Information
When you register or are registered as a user, we may collect:
- Name, email address, phone number
- Company name, company ID and related profile details
- User roles and permissions (e.g. ADMIN, employee, reviewer)
- Login credentials (stored securely using industry-standard methods)
3.2 Fleet, Vehicle & Device Information
In order to provide fleet tracking and management, we may collect:
- Vehicle identifiers (registration number, internal IDs)
- Device identifiers (IMEI, device IDs, SIM numbers, provider IDs)
- Installation details, status and configuration of trackers
- Maintenance jobs, expenses and approvals linked to vehicles
3.3 Location & Telemetry Data
For authorised fleets and vehicles, and where the hardware and account
configuration permit, we may process:
- GPS coordinates and movement data of vehicles/devices
- Trip history, routes, timestamps and speed information
- Diagnostic or sensor data sent by your tracking hardware
Location data is used only for legitimate fleet management purposes as
determined by your company account and applicable law.
3.4 Uploaded Documents & Invoices
Through features such as maintenance approvals and invoice upload, we
may collect:

supporting documents)

3.5 Payment & Billing Information

We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes or other
sensitive card details. Such data is processed by third-party
payment gateways (for example, Razorpay or other providers) in
accordance with their own privacy and security practices.

When you use our apps or APIs, we may automatically collect:
